Founder, Rheas of Hope
Rheagan Crenshaw is an H.S. Senior from Memphis, TN. Her passion for service and leadership is exemplified through her participation in organizations in her school and community. Rheagan is a member of her school’s She Leads Memphis organization as well as Jack and Jill of America where she serves on the Teen Executive Board for the Memphis Chapter. Her passion for service has also led her to Washington, DC to advocate for Police Reform, Voting Rights, and Equality in Education.

The Keeper of the Dream Award recognizes the hard work and dedication of amazing young people who fight for equal rights of others. Through her Rheas of Hope foundation, Rheagan Crenshaw has worked tirelessly to provide opportunities build strong meaningful relationships between youth and Seniors in her community.

Miss Jabberwock 2021-2022
Rheagan was crowned Miss Jabberwock 2021-2022 by the Memphis Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Rheagan’s team was able to raise an astonishing $20,000 towards scholarships for deserving high school students in the Memphis area.
